Dwayne Harris is the President of Fresh Outpouring Ministries and Full Armor Church, a church safety firm dedicated to educating houses of worship on safety protocols and best practices in emergency readiness.

Dwayne is also an ordained Bishop in the Church of God, based in Cleveland, Tennessee, and serves as an evangelist with a profound passion for spreading the gospel. His ministry has reached both local and international audiences, impacting countless lives.

In addition to his work in ministry, Dwayne actively serves in law enforcement, bringing over 23 years of distinguished experience, including SWAT, criminal investigations, and specializing in developing and overseeing law enforcement Behavioral Service models and Crisis Intervention programs implemented at the national level. His unique blend of expertise has made him a sought-after speaker, featured on radio, television, and as a keynote speaker on various platforms.
